Pastoral Outreach

Homebound Ministry

Our Homebound Ministry consists of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EM) and their pastoral companions who bring the Blessed Sacrament to our homebound parishioners and the Catholic residents of the care facilities that we serve. As an Extraordinary Minister and pastoral companion, belief and reverence is essential.
